Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.  We fully back our products, and if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for a resolution.

Returned items must be unused in original packaging with no signs of wear and tear.  Accepted returns eligible for product cost or store credit.  Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable!

To start a return, you can contact us at tia@rivercityhydro.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
